FAQs
1. How is the business process?
Factory sells to Agis Indoply International Pty Ltd, and then Agis Indoply International Pty Ltd sells to Consignee.
We will inform consignee in advance about which factory we source the products from.
2. Why is sourcing through Agis Indoply International important?
After covid19, all plywood factories in Indonesia are struggling to maintain their health cashflow. They are laying off workers and adding more job desks to the existing one. Because of this, the workers keep rotating the role, and the quality of products become inconsistent.
Mr Agis, the founder of Agis Indoply International, has been in the Export Sales role for more than 6 years at the biggest plywood manufacturers in Indonesia, managing multiple markets such as Southeast Asia, ANZ, Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. He has been visiting those countries and really understands about the plywood application in many countries.
On the other hand, we have inspector teams in Indonesia who have experience in QC-ing plywood for more than 10 years. They are very expert on how to detect plywood defects and how to do to meet customer needs.
By purchasing plywood through us, you will get a fair price and fair quality. We will report everything in advance, and no surprises coming to your warehouse.
3. Can consignee buy directly to factories?
Yes they can deal directly with factories.
However, considering current factories’ situations, we can help consignee to make sure the quality will come accordingly without any surprise.
The Invoice and Packing List will be from Agis Indoply International, and the rest of documents will be from factories.
We have experienced document team who handles multiple shipments for multiple countries. We will assist all documentations process until consignee can release the cargo from the port.
4. How are the export documents?
